Returns & Refund Policy

Should you need to return an item you purchased from us - we aim to make things as simple as possible for you. Please contact us first by email and advise us that you wish to return an item. Please package your item back up and make sure you include your name, your address, a contact email address, reason for return and whether your require an exchange or refund. Please note, the return address is a Royal Mail PO Box so returns need to be through Royal Mail. If your item has been returned because it is faulty, we will reimburse your standard postal costs, but will not be responsible for additional costs such as Special Delivery, Registered Post etc. Items which are perfect but ordered in error, must be returned to us in perfect re-sellable condition with its packaging and swing tag attached and whilst we are are happy to pay the postal costs to send out an exchange - it is your responsibility to pay the postal costs to return the item to us. This is the same for refunds - if you return an item that was unsuitable, we will refund your full item price happily but are not responsible for your postal costs to return the item
